Saturday, March 8, 2014 - A very good wine. Rich grenache flavor full of red and black berries with a hint of spice. Oddly, it wasn't quite as good the second day (sealed with a Vacu Vin overnight.)

    12/12/2014 10:11:00 AM - vacu vin is guaranteed to not only remove oxygen but also small amounts of dissolved CO2 and other beneficial gases in the wine that add lift and exuberance to the flavor. Keep a clean, dry 375 ml or other size bottle handy and when you uncork a bottle, immediately pour off the amount you want to save, cap it and then drink up to a week later with hardly any deterioration.
