Wednesday, March 19, 2014 - Valencisco Vertical Tasting (Enoteca Barolo - Madrid): Deep, clear cherry colour
Serious bottle on the nose with aromas of flesh meat, violets and wet stones.
On the palate showed elegant, persistent and acid but without disturbing.
Quite good with food or by its own. Peaking now.

Color cereza profundo, claro.
Una botella seria en nariz con aromas a carne fresca, violetas y piedras mojadas.
En boca se mostró elegante, persistente y ácida pero sin molestar.
Bien buena con comida o por sí misma. En su plenitud.
