Friday, March 28, 2014 - Really enjoyed this bottle. Light in color, delicate and quite youthful (surprisingly). Slightly spritzy, but with a few swirls in the glass, dissipates. Rather light on the palate, but with nice youthful fruit. Did not drink like an auslese, but more like a Spatlese. A light sweetness, that made a great match for Thai shrimp (red curry), that finishes dry. This is still young and should go many years. Happy to have 4 more to follow the development.
