    My 2p:
    This wine has got quite some ooomph. If you prefer your wines on the fruit you can go fer it now, but enjoy it even better in maybe 2-3 years.
    If you prefer your wines pre-peak then maybe 2020 is your deadline.
    If you want it mature, than, clearly my crystal ball becomes blurry and vague... But as this is what I really prefer in Bdx, I have set my drinking window for 'wait' and anticipating post 2020.
