Tuesday, April 15, 2014 - Light straw color. Crisp lime and green apple flavors with light minerality. Like a well-done Sancerre. A Garagiste over-sell (if you can find star anise in the profile, let me know. I missed it), but still a very nice wine from an obscure region, and well worth the buy.
