Monday, May 12, 2014 - Opened bottle and let sit in cellar for a couple of hrs. Been wanting to try this and it did not disappoint! I didn't initially get much on the nose and probably should have decanted just before serving. The wine has a wonderfully deep full flavor with some tannins. This just kept getting better in the glass. Did drink like an old world Bdx. But I really love this 100% Cab from the DeBrul vineyard. Thx to Chris for the introduction to this great wine!
