Wednesday, May 28, 2014 - On opening, very little nose. Candle wax aromas. Decanted. Bit of sediment. Very dark colour with practically no bricking. Takes 4 hours to open up. Definitely in closed phase. After 3 hours a bit of anise on the nose. After 5 hours cassis, black fruit and tannins finally arrive. Will be awesome in a few years time. Don't touch for another 5 years. A future star.
