Thursday, June 12, 2014 - Garnet color. Light-medium body. Full of red cherry and strawberry fruit with a dash of minerals and oak. It is both light and full-flavored at the same time. Nothing profound, but the wine is a good quality, inexpensive Bourgogne. As for cellaring, I would not bother, but an hour or two of air will certainly help.
