Sunday, June 22, 2014 - Noticably darker than many Oregon Pinots. Also a nice earthy aroma along with dark cherry and perhaps some tobacco that reminded me more of Burgundy (in my limited experience) than Willamette. Palate was mostly ripe red fruit, with good acidity and a nice lingering finish. Unexpected but enjoyable.
