Friday, June 20, 2014 - I didn't particularly like the nose on this from the start. The vanilla and banana became slightly less sickly over time but this was barely any better two days later. By then it was dominated by confected fruits aromas - boiled sweets as my wife pointed out. The palate is much better though with light strawberry flavours and silky tannins. A perfectly acceptable summer drinker but I'm not rushing out to stock up.
