After 2 hours of slow ox'd it really opens up to show additional layers of flavor and supporting tannins that add a touch of richness and a firm mouthfeel. This is another top vintage for DP where it shows the wonderful balance they seem to hit each year but a touch more in verve and the overall package. Very good today and expect it to be excellent in another 2 years or so. Drink now with several hours of air or hold.
