Sunday, August 19, 2007 - Shared this selection with the in-laws. Nose reminded me of pear and slight citrus. With my first draw I had the sensation of supple creaminess. Lacking in acidity to offset the buttery mouthfeel-this pino gris is smooth and gentle and drinkable, but a little too tame for my taste. The in-laws appreciated this selection very much. Now I know what to get them for Christmas.
