Saturday, September 6, 2014 - 2 1/2 Hour Decant. Riedel Vitis Syrah wine glasses. Very Pimp Cool Riedel Glasses. Blueberry on the Nose. Nice Nose! Pretty Nose! Elegant Nose. Nice Color. Nice Start! Spicy & Smokey. Drank with Baby Back Ribs & Brisket. I did Potato Salad, Baked Beans & Corn on the Cob. I also did whole Jalapenos for the side action. Nice mid palate. Sneaky finish. I recommend a 3 Hour Decant before you even think about drinking. It takes time to open up. Pop & Pour is a Bad idea with this wine. 15.5 %alcohol. Very Fun Wine! Very Respectable. This Wine will change in your glass over time - Big Time! 125 Cases Produced. Saturday Night in the BigTown! 92 Points The OKC Kid
