Sunday, September 7, 2014 - Silky mouth feel, understated elegance, such smooth tannins, drinking really well. Goes well with prunes and goat cheese, roasted leg of lamb with potatoes, flourless chocolate cake. I would not wait to drink this, it is like an older lady, sophisticated, in an evening gown and diamonds. Wonderful to meet but not sure how many days at her best she has ahead of her...
