10/26/2014 2:17:00 AM - Having only one bottle of this, I am curious if you think I should keep it or drink now? Tannat in France usually takes ages to mature, but I am told these are more forward. I suppose my palate has a preference for older wines, but don't want to entirely miss out on the fun either!
