Wednesday, December 24, 2014 - well this was a pleasant surprise . the fruit is very ripe. predominately pineapple . the wood mellowed but still a feature. held back to see how it would develop. still a bit of acidity/backbone. fairly light in colour. still a bit of life left . very nice
