Tuesday, December 30, 2014 - Very tight out of the bottle and quit a bit of cedar. Loosened up after a coupe of hrs. Very dark and beautiful color. Fruit starts to show and the tannins have mellowed. Definitely a pencil lead on the the after taste. Day two actually much better. More flavorful.
