Thursday, January 1, 2015 - Really opening up now, much better than it was a year ago.
Had it next to a caymus 40 year, loved the Forman.
Berry and cassis dominated the nose with a hint of cedar.
Not a fruit bomb, could taste the minerals and had a nice finish. Well balanced, really enjoyed this one.
