Tuesday, January 13, 2015 - Deserving of a good meal-- I had it with rack of lamb and a nice souffle. Smooth, cassis and blackberry flavors, not a rough edge. Long finish. Requires an hour decanting and from then on opens up for a very long time. We enjoyed it over a 3 hour dinner. Later we had a Georges de Latour 2009 which in comparison was one dimensional.
