Tuesday, January 27, 2015 - On day one this wine exhibited leather and a bit of cherry. I enjoyed it. By day 3 the wine was absolutly humming and It softened the wine integrated and took on an almost Pinot like character. This is a suprising wine and I would say to let it age 5 years. I plan on buying some and laying it down.
