Saturday, February 14, 2015 - This was a lovely bottle. Double decanted a few hours before drinking. The wine continud to evolve in the glass. Initially fairly simple cranberry morphed into cherry brandy and burnt caramel. I would guess 5 to 10 years until peak drinking.
