Saturday, February 14, 2015 - Probably would have been better in a couple of years, but quite enjoyable
nonetheless. Cherry definitely there from the get-go, but the smokiness
of (perhaps?) the "burnt barrel" evolved after about 30 minutes. Good
stuff!
