Saturday, February 21, 2015 - Singing on pop and pour. Lots of Rhone flavors presented with a Burgundy flair. Strawberry, raspberry, thyme, lavender, cigar ash, cherry incense, and salted meat. Killed with some Kobe beef and an app of Foie gras. Enough acids to cut through the beef but not too much that a Zantac was needed. Lots of character for the $!
