Thursday, February 26, 2015 - It is properly made wine. No doubt about that. My only problem with it is that it is very rustic - by than I mean that the elegance of the appelation is lost and overwhelmed. More time in the bottle might help perhaps, yet I wonder how will the outcome loolike
