Friday, April 17, 2015 - My first bottle of the '09 Horseshoe, and it was a beauty that promises to continue to improve. The whole cluster complements the asian spice, tea and cherry components. Medium plus acidity made this an excellent accompaniment with brined chicken and braised short ribs.

I will check back in 2018-2020 for bottle 2.
