Saturday, April 25, 2015 - Outstanding. The aroma and mouth feel are profound yet well balanced: Citrus oil and blossom, apple, pear, bright acidity and long finish. Worth aging.
Fun anecdote: right after the pick-up event at Littorai, we tasted another Chards from Radio Coteau, who also sourced the fruits from Charles Heintz. One can certainly tell the similarity between these two. I take it as genuine expression of the terror.
