Thursday, May 7, 2015 - A blend of 60% 09/10 from "Foudres" and 40% 2011 from steel tanks.
Dosage 7 gr/l. Disgorged October 2015. Contains Chouilly, Cramant and noticeably Le Mesnil.
A distinct Blanc de Blancs where the Mesnil adds to the depth. Cellar for a few years before opening! Another 1-2 points potential.
