Saturday, May 23, 2015 - From the moment I opened this bottle, I could tell from the nose it was going to be exceptional. Slow ox'ed for 8 hours, decanted for 1 hour and took to a restaurant in the bottle. Beautiful red fruit and minerality. I could definitely taste the cab franc which was very enjoyable.
