Thursday, June 18, 2015 - this wine changed a lot over three nights, kept its edge (acid more than tannin) well throughout, and developed some savory, secondary interest over nights two and three, i think this has promise with time, if you open now i would decant maybe 5-7 hours to give it a chance to unfold
