Sunday, June 21, 2015 - A little herbal to start, but after 3 hr decant wine was great! Smooth long finish with lots of finesse.
The wine looks purple colored. The legs are medium. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like mushroom, forest floor, coffee and tea. It tastes like black currant (cassis), blackberry, plum and dust. The body is medium. The wine has polished texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
