Thursday, July 23, 2015 - Perfect bottle.
Young, slightly yellow. Great mousse. Goes on forever!
Lovely flavours of citrus, mineral, bread and tropic fruit.
Stoney mineral, sharp and precise acidity, the fruit is in top, everything is in balance here.
This is just a perfect champagne! I love 2002 :-)
This will be a masterpiece in 10 - 20 years from now. This wine has everything!!
