Monday, September 21, 2015 - One of my favorite A Raf cabs ever. The oak is starting to resolve leaving really nice dark cab, fruit tobacco tinged herbs and the beginnings of forest floor. Let's take just a second to be totally honest here; this stuff is big and ripe and modern - but somehow it doesn't matter. Almost perfect with our Kenji animal burgers.
