Sunday, September 27, 2015 - Very pale colour with a hint of orange and looking like a very old light red.
Nose upon opening was spicy cherry and developed a meaty almost lightly smoked meat after a while in the glass.

Palate was fantastic - again cherry, spices and earthy. Slightly gamey feel. Could have picked this for a burgundy and not typical of an Aus pinot.
