Thursday, November 22, 2007 - Opened a magnum for Thanksgiving. This is the finest zinfandel I've had in many years. So smooth and seemless. It's beautfully integrated. Holy crap I had to keep pinching myself and rechecking the bottle to make sure it was in fact a zinfandel. Plum, raspberry, anise and great chocolate overtones. This wine has the structure of a fine claret. It really blew me away. If you are a fan of zin, this wine is a must.
