Wednesday, December 16, 2015 - Medium-bodied, with medium tannins. The cork showed seepage half-through. Was great as a pop-and-pour, and best consumed within the first 30 minutes, after which it starts getting a bit funky (wet cardboard) and bitter (almost as if it were corked). Would pair nicely with a sausage pizza. 14.5% ABV.

1/18/2016 1:22:00 AM - Indeed, though based on my past experiences corked wines seem to have gotten better with air... but you may be right. Wish I had had another bottle to compare.
