Friday, December 25, 2015 - Fresh and crisp, with a bouquet of green fruit and a touch of petrol. Green apple, citrus (lime and lime zest), and loads of minerality on the palate. Plenty of crisp minerality on the finish. Eminently drinkable, it's amazing how quickly the bottle disappears! Enjoyed with a Christmas eve dinner of mussels in white wine sauce, shrimp hors d'oeuvres, and beer battered cod.
