Friday, December 25, 2015 - 50+5+14+18+8. Intense nose of black fruit, ripe blackberry, ripe cassis, slight jam mines and hints of pie crust and baking spice. Palate confirms nose, surprising lack of sediment, well balanc d acid, fruit, French oak, tannin. Secondary characteristics beginning to show but still fruit driven with hints of sweetness. Very pleasurable. Will hold last bottle for at least another five years.
