Thursday, December 24, 2015 - Crisp, clean and bright, this is mineral-driven and cut like a stone. Disgorged only 11 mos ago, this could use another year or two to soften up, or if you prefer (as I do), drink now. Very good value at $60, and excellent as an aperitif.

This was allowed to breathe in bottle for 30 minutes before serving.
