Two things to be aware of: 1. The initial spritz (which has shown up in every bottle I've had of this) can be off-putting, though it does blow off after an hour. 2. This doesn't drink new-world at all. Our guests, expecting a Cali "Rhone Ranger," were pretty uniformly disappointed with the "barnyard," "horse hoofs," "dirty hay and mud" flavor profile.
