Saturday, January 23, 2016 - At first nothing, took 2 hours to open, then it was pretty much as one expects of a well made Cote Rotie of this age. Some spice, some acid, a little meaty, decent fruit. (A perfect match for a beef/bean stew flavored with smoked duck legs & sausage. )
