Saturday, March 12, 2016 - Opened up a bottle last night. Lots of sediment. Strained. Still drinks very smooth, opened up after 30 minutes.
It smells like red currant and raspberry. The body is medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.
