Thursday, March 17, 2016 - Amazing sauternes, with super long finish, and substantial mouth feel. Enjoyed the expected apricot and tropical fruit, plus honey, but not overly sweet, just perfectly balanced. Great for a relaxed conversation after dinner with a warm chevre cheesecake.
