Saturday, April 2, 2016 - Wines Tasted at HDH Auction; 4/1/2016-4/2/2016 (Tru Restaurant - Chicago IL): Sweet red fruit, ripe and lush with very good density for its level. Finishes with Chambolle textures and minerality I really enjoyed.

4/3/2016 5:07:00 PM - Al, great to meet you. I did not have the Chambolle 09 or the Goulots 11 at Tru. They were served at the dinner at NoMi on Saturday and the notes were reversed. The Goulots was showing very well and the Chambolle not as well, lean and a bit thin. Tom
