Monday, May 9, 2016 - One of my favorite Ganevat cuvees. Blend of 50% Savagnin/50% Chardonnay.

Austere wine with beautiful structure and concentration. Viscous, with a very long finish. Reminded me of a Hermitage Blanc. Very interesting wine.
