Wednesday, June 1, 2016 - Classic Burgundian Pinot Noir showing respectable depth and character at this price point. Minerally, fresh, and focused; with an acidic lift to the sweet and sour berries and deeper notes of peppered herbs and entrails. Drinking wonderfully without a decant and through the first night, and softening but still very enjoyable over the following day or two.
