Sunday, June 12, 2016 - Drank over the course of about 4 hours. As before: "Absurdly good. Palest yellow. Honeysuckle, lime zest and lemongrass on the nose. Taut citrus and bright pear with floral nuances. Not the weightiest of wines but it is extremely focused and refreshing. Good heavens I have never had Loire sauvignon like this. I desperately want more." I was able to get two more- thanks to the mistress of wine!
