Sunday, August 21, 2016 - As I have said before, I really like the flavor profile of Jessup wines. This cabernet is no exception. Really has a very nice balance on the palate. Good fruit, acidity, and tannins. I think this particular cab has more of the smokey flavor that I get from Coombsville cabernets, which I love. Really a great wine.
