Wednesday, October 5, 2016 - Drank over the course of two nights. Dark, brooding, classic Barolo. I found this wine to be surprisingly accessible in its youth. But it also has the backbone to be a 20-25+ year wine.
WOW was my recurring tasting note over the course of both nights. This is a stunner. Best Rupestris I've ever had, and in my opinion, has many similarities to Pie Franco in this vintage.
