Tuesday, October 18, 2016 - This just never came together for me. Coravin first glass, next night PnP since i didn't find it worthy of any more argon gas, then vacuvin, and finally the next night went back to it for a third time giving it some air. I didn't find it enjoyable in any form. Tight in the glas, hot, unapproachable, bitter notes were overwhelming. I will say it was better with some air, so maybe a long decant would do it justice. Perhaps I wasn't patient enough.
