Thursday, October 13, 2016 - Deg 09/05/2006. The deg date is essential to Selosse and show the evolution of the wine and the best moment to drink. I like older champs and to me this is so good. Oxidative and secundary flavours, with honey, toast bread, spicy. Very good with Japanese food. Drink now.
